A warm and generous welcome awaits you at the Aube Bleue, our delightful farmstead set in the Champagne region and constructed in 1845.
During the 30 years that we've lived here, we have gently restored and decorated the buildings in a style that respects and preserves the character of the place and which has formed the backdrop to our way of life here. The barn has been sensitively converted into bedrooms, while you can take your breakfast in the stable buildings, dating from 1866.
Turn the latch to our gate and turn back the clock; allow yourself to be charmed by our vintage interiors, by a place that time, seemingly, forgot. You'll appreciate the stillness of the place, the delicate blue walls, the fine antique linen and old crockery and even the flowers in our garden which will transport you back. The 100 year old ash tree in our parkland will enchant you; the surrounding landscape - just outside Troyes - is the perfect hideaway for anyone looking for peace and tranquillity.
